CHAPTER 5 PART 1, PART 2 & PART 3   Hiii....  So in this blog i will discuss about "PASSIVE VOICE" What is Passive Voice ? The passive voice is used to show interest in the person or object that is being acted on and not the person or object that is performing the action. Then what is the difference with active voice? What is Active Voice ? Active voice means that a sentence has a subject that acts upon its verb.  Example : Active Voice : "We were going to watch a movie tonight" Passive Voice : "A movie is going to be watched by us tonight" Passive Voice are commonly used to: 1. T o describe process 2. T o convey a more objective tone in news report Passive Voice Formula 1. Simple Present Subject + is/am/are + past participle / V3 + adverb 2.
